How it works

  1. Purchase coverage for your devices (PCs, mobile phones, routers, switches, laptops, etc).
  2. NTS will come onsite and map your network – this will go into your NTS client profile (and you’ll get a copy)
  3. NTS will accept the order and assume Help Desk responsibilities for your network.

There are many ways to attain service from NTS within business hours (9-5):

  1. Email us with an issue and a ticket will be automatically created for you.
  2. Call our office and our staff will create a ticket on your behalf.
  3. Live chat with our technicians through the customer portal or desktop icon.

Most issues will be resolved after hours without interfering with your productive time.
